Great Stay

We were located on the 35th floor overlooking the beach. We requested a room with carpet as our toddler is still a bit awkward on his feet and also a water view. All of which was accommodated. When we arrived a cot that was previously requested from online booking had been left off. The staff member checking us in (late in the evening) was extremely helpful and nothing was a bother, we had a cot within 1/2 hour. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, which was very clean. Beds very comfortable, kitchen all with stainless steel appliances. The resort is within easy 5 min walk to everything, such as chemist, fast food, restaurants, etc. The buffet breakfast at the cafe was nice and staff again very helpful and friendly. Pools were beautiful, clean and clear. We dined at the Thai restaurant one evening and couldn't fault the food or service. Very nice!

Our room was lovely, we had a beautiful view of the river and the furniture was very modern. The room was very clean when we arrived.

The room and views were great. We had stayed at that location before but on the 6th floor and we loved it, however this time we stayed on 35th floor and it was great. We could not fault it and the facilities are very family friendly.

Crown Towers is a lovely resort, with great facilities, and great rooms. The rooms are spacious enough to comfortably fit 4 adults. The view from the balcony was unforgettable. My favourite part about the resort was the open lobby and the pool.

On arrival Elle greeted us very promptly! Our flight got canceled so we didn't arrive till after 10pm! The apartment was spacious a little worn out but over all clean and very roomy with amazing views! The hotel was fantastic and so was the Thai restaurant. The pool is amazing, a real highlight! The pool cafe people were so lovely as sets the var staff in the lobby! Overall it was fantastic!

Great Family Hotel

Hotel was really well suited to our family holiday. We all loved the pool area, including both outdoor pools and having the indoor pool so close to the other pools was great too as it allowed us to get out of the sun for a bit. Room was extremely spacious and we had a lovely outlook.

The apartment was very nice. We had a two bedroom apartment with both an ocean and a river view. The main bedroom was all intact with the bathroom and toilet separate to the rest. Very private. The pool was excellent!!!!!

The complex was chosen on the basis of the external features, such as the lagoon style pool. With the unusual rain during our stay, we spent the majority of our time in the apartment, which more than accommodated us in keeping 3 teenagers entertained. The indoor pool and spa was large and allowed for all hotel guests to use comfortably, and the apartment features complete with foxtel, plasma TV's, washing machine and the clothes dryer saved the holiday. Close proximity to the shops and the bus stop outside the complex was wonderful.

Great Resort To Stay At With Freinds

There was plenty of space in the 3 bedroom apartment for 8 of us comfortably. Whilst the pool area was very family, this was not a problem for us as we hit the beach, which is only a block away and once on our balcony, we were in our own world. Stingrays is a great bar just across the road.

Amazing Lagoon Pool

I liked the position of Crown Towers. Its not in the heart of the hustle and bustle. The lagoon pool was amazing and made you feel like you were at the beach. The indoor pool also was very nice to going swimming late at night because it was heated. The gym facilities were also very good. An enjoyable stay had by all.

Great for family as plenty to do for the kids. All pools are kid friendly with pleasant surroundings, great service, close to all main areas of Surfers Paradise. If you don't feel like going out to eat there are restaurants & breakfast areas within the resort so you don't need to rush out for a bite. Will stay here again for sure, kids loved it.
